Customer Pain Points and Needs
1. Environmental Adaptability: The air in oilfield areas contains hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and oil and gas volatiles, which accelerate metal corrosion and circuit aging.
2. Space Constraints: Oilfield facilities are cramped, and the equipment must be compactly integrated into the existing "PV House" (top power generation bottom equipment storage).
3. Safety Requirements: The equipment must eliminate the risk of electric sparks and meet Ex d IIB T4 explosion-proof standards (IP65 protection sealed enclosure required for non-explosion-proof areas).

Solution: Customized service for three sets of 2-input, 2-output PV combiner boxes and 3-input, 3-output battery boxes.

1. PV Combiner Box Product Configuration
Model: Longqi LQX-2/2DC1000V 2-input, 2-output enclosed plastic PV combiner box.
Core Configuration:
Electrical Performance: Rated current per circuit: 15A (designed for 1.25 times the string short-circuit current), using a 1000V DC 32mm fuse base (with room for expansion) and a 15A fuse element for overcurrent protection.
T2 Surge Protector: Equipped with a 20kA/40kA 1000V DC DC lightning protection module. This multi-stage lightning protection design offers a response time of ≤25ns. In the event of a lightning strike or surge, it rapidly discharges the surge current to ground, protecting the combiner box and subsequent equipment from damage. The lightning protection module features a degradation indicator, facilitating timely replacement. Output Configuration: 32A 1000V DC disconnect switch, leaving current and voltage headroom for future circuit expansion. It can completely disconnect the circuit during inspection or maintenance, effectively eliminating the risk of sparks. Its disconnection performance is superior to that of a circuit breaker.

Box Structure: PC ABS waterproof enclosed junction box, using MC4 connections, has passed the salt spray test for >720 hours without corrosion, IP65 protection rating, and UL94V-0 flame retardancy rating.

2. DC Battery Box Product Configuration
Model: Longqi LQT-3/3DC1000V 200AM1
Core Configuration:
LQM1 molded case circuit breaker: 200A DC 1000V molded case circuit breaker, providing short-circuit protection, overload protection, and switching functions. It also leaves room for future system upgrades.

Box Structure: Cold-rolled steel, has passed the salt spray test for >720 hours without corrosion, IP65 protection rating, and is sealed and explosion-proof.
